This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Amruta Shukla, trading as Canvas & Colors Academy. We want you to feel confident enrolling with us.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to your first billing cycle on any plan.
Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
Once approved, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal (paddle.net). Cancelling stops future renewals — you continue to have access until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling by itself does not trigger a refund of the current period; if you'd like a refund, please request one within 30 days of the original purchase as described above.
For UPI (India) payments made manually via QR/UPI ID, refund requests should be sent to amie.Nakshatraa1x@gmail.com with your transaction reference. Refunds are made to the originating UPI ID within 5–7 business days.
